Sales Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Daily onsite presence in San Jose, California, United States

Hourly Base Pay Rate: $72,000–$92,000 USD

What you will do

• Track and manage customer orders, expedite shipments, verify pricing, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Support sales representatives, headquarters, and customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and the credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecasts and enter data into the demand planning system.
• Process RMA requests and discrepant returns, manage sample requests, and create invoices as needed.
• Create, enter, and invoice customer orders through SAP and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and effective at solving problems and managing risks.
• Month-end on-call or standby availability is required.
