Sales Assistant (E-commerce)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Monitor Amazon product listings, sales trends, customer feedback, promotions, pricing, forecasts, and inventory.
• Track Shopify orders from placement through delivery and coordinate timely fulfillment.
• Work with 3PL partners and warehouses to resolve shipping issues.
• Process RMAs and coordinate returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries through Amazon messages and email, coordinating technical and shipping issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, CRM, and sales performance data.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify.
• Mandarin language skills.
