What you will do
- Provide sales support for complex or high-level accounts to Hardware and Account Management sales teams.
- Respond to salesperson needs, requirements, and problems.
- Place orders at the request of salespeople.
- Create new prospect accounts and research customer inquiries.
- Support ad hoc projects and perform related sales operations duties.
- Act as a leader and resource for other team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
