Materials Capacity Program Management IV (Semiconductor Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Forecast and communicate supplier capacity, demand, and manufacturing requirements; analyze capacity-versus-demand gaps and drive mitigation actions.
• Lead cross-functional capacity reviews with sourcing, engineering, design, and commodity business teams.
• Develop supplier capacity strategies, heat maps, playbooks, and multi-quarter capacity roadmaps.
• Support supplier capacity and delivery negotiations, risk assessments, capacity additions, onboarding, and second-source qualification projects.
• Monitor supplier performance, capacity commitments, lead times, quality, and key capacity metrics.
• Manage materials change control and resolve supplier capacity or quality issues with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Education in engineering, supply chain, or business.
• Proven experience in capacity planning, supplier risk management, and supply chain program execution.
• Expertise in a specialized discipline and the ability to interpret business challenges and recommend improvements.
• Ability to lead complex problem solving, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Work must be performed in Austin, Texas; relocation eligibility is not available.
