Sr. Staff IT Program Manager (AI)

Location: Bloomington, MN (Normandale Campus) or Longmont, CO; regular on-site presence required. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $132,975–$193,816 base annually.

What you will do

• Identify IT opportunities that provide value and support to Engineering Quality.
• Develop multi-year project roadmaps with business partners.
• Execute projects with Engineering Quality, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Report project progress and outcomes to the Quality organization and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of systems supporting high-tech, repetitive manufacturing environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, forward, and reverse supply chains and manufacturing quality systems.
• Understanding of AI, ML, and agentic AI applications for improving productivity.
• Experience with IT business systems and engineering teams in functional or development capacities.
• Strong project management, communication, technical writing, and matrix-environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, a master’s degree with 12 years, a PhD with 8 years, or equivalent experience.
