Investments Analyst Summer Intern (Commercial Real Estate)

Salary: $45/hour anticipated base compensation.

What you will do

• Support investment analysts and associates with deal underwriting, financial models, market research, investment committee memoranda, presentations, and comparable transactions.
• Research industrial real estate trends across key markets and analyze tenant, lease, and operating performance data.
• Support property underwriting and evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investment committee materials.
• Collaborate with Investments, Leasing, Research & Analytics, Asset Management, and other teams on strategic projects.
• Participate in due diligence and closing activities, including reviewing purchase agreements and leases, tenant credit evaluations, financial due diligence, property tours, interviews, and site diligence.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a junior at an accredited four-year institution and rising into senior year, remaining enrolled throughout the internship.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing, including market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation, and capital markets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Nice to have

• Prior commercial real estate investment or asset management experience.
• Knowledge of Argus.
