Individual Equity Strategy Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; onsite 4 days per week

Salary: $37.50–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor potential investment opportunities and current portfolio holdings.
• Design, analyze, and report on model portfolios and risk-management strategies.
• Conduct fundamental research and individual security analysis across fixed income and equities.
• Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and prepare investment memorandums.
• Research sectors, industries, and companies and support special projects for the research team.
• Communicate research findings and strategy recommendations to advisors and clients.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior by summer 2027.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated coursework or experience in finance, economics, or mathematics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across internal and external departments.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; U.S. employment generally requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Previous internship, work, or classwork experience in finance or a related field.
