Analyst, Investments (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Support complex financial modeling, including DCF, IRR, and NPV models, for senior living acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
• Analyze property-level operating statements and financial performance metrics.
• Assist with due diligence by reviewing market studies, appraisals, environmental reports, legal documents, and financial data.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee and senior leadership.
• Support asset management through business plans, budgets, portfolio performance monitoring, and ad hoc analysis.
• Conduct senior living industry and real estate capital markets research and prepare materials for debt and equity partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Experience with financial statement analysis and basic investment return metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Acceptable fluency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and communication.
• Ability to travel for acquisition due diligence, asset management, and conferences; estimated travel is 10%.
