Financial Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Develop financial models and research to optimize clients’ real estate acquisition and disposition strategies.
• Analyze leases, proposals, client portfolios, and property cash flows.
• Build models for existing and speculative properties, ground-up developments, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Create analytical tools and cost-effective analyses that support lease and purchase decisions.
• Support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
• Improve internal processes while delivering accurate analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cash flow modeling and detailed financial analysis.
• Commercial real estate experience.
• Argus modeling experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
