Intern, Investments ~ Real Estate, Technology & Growth Team (PropTech)

Location: hirify.global Place New York, 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York

Compensation: $30 USD per hour, plus a potential short-term cash incentive.

What you will do

• Create financial models and analyses projecting investment cash flows and returns.
• Research investment strategies and evaluate transaction opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and supporting analyses.
• Participate in due diligence for prospective acquisitions and investments.
• Collaborate with portfolio and asset management teams to create value in owned assets.
• Support ad hoc projects across the lean deal team.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Interest in investment banking, private equity, consulting, asset management, or corporate finance.
• Fundamental understanding of applied investment analysis, valuation analysis, and financial modeling.
• Fundamental experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
