What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to ICU patients with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Use the nursing process, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking to guide patient care.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans across shifts and care settings to ensure continuity.
• Promote evidence-based practice, professional growth, and effective unit operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• Availability for day/night rotation or night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays required.
