Quality Control Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Oregon, United States; onsite at the plant

What you will do

• Perform QC laboratory testing of manufactured products and maintain retained samples.
• Record, verify, and report test results, Certificates of Analysis, and other QC data in JDE and tracking systems.
• Maintain calibration, verification, documentation, and ISO 9001 traceability for QC instruments and records.
• Support root-cause investigations, field complaint testing, batch adjustments, and product acceptance decisions.
• Identify improvements to laboratory workflows, testing methods, equipment, and daily QC operations.
• Coordinate with production personnel and provide data for KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Associate degree in science or engineering, or 3–5 years of QC laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to present technical data.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cementitious chemistry, epoxy liquids, latex, or hirify.global product lines.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide evidence of QC workflow or testing improvement projects.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and lift or push/pull at least 50 pounds; the role requires standing for 75% of the workday.
