Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Install, start up, repair, and maintain plant machinery, mechanical equipment, and facility items.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication, belt and oil changes, inspections, and equipment cleaning.
• Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts according to OEM standards.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Record completed work in the CMMS, prepare shift reports, order replacement parts, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written English language skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and lift or push/pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on heights, climb several flights of stairs, and perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and crawling.
