Plant Supervisor (salary)

Location: Greenville, SC - White Horse; onsite at a plant and retail shop

What you will do

• Support safe, organized, and efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate and guide plant operators producing and repackaging compressed and liquefied gases into cylinders.
• Operate equipment for gas repackaging and analysis according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect and maintain cylinder-filling equipment and monitoring devices.
• Maintain production reports, paperwork, training records, and safety compliance.
• Load and unload cylinders on delivery vehicles and record cylinder types and quantities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience in a distribution environment is preferred, with at least two years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Technical experience with compressed gases, gas analysis, gas laboratory equipment, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and strong analytical skills are preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, oral communication, and written communication skills.
