Senior Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and cloud transformation programs from concept through operational transition.
• Build integrated plans covering schedules, estimates, resources, budgets, governance, decision rights, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate AI, cloud, APIs, data, contact center platforms, security, risk, legal, compliance, and business-process workstreams.
• Lead Agentic AI and Conversational AI initiatives, including human-in-the-loop controls and responsible AI governance.
• Oversee IVR and voice-channel modernization across design, integration, testing, migration, and operational readiness.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, financial health, forecasts, and communication with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification and 10+ years of progressively responsible project or program management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technology implementations and AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AI solution delivery, including model and service integration, prompt and conversation design, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI controls.
• Experience with AWS or comparable enterprise cloud platforms, systems development methodologies, Agile delivery, testing, implementation, and operational transition.
• Strong financial, vendor management, analytical, facilitation, negotiation, documentation, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IVR, contact center, telephony, voice bot, or conversational customer service implementations.
• Experience with platform migration or modernization.
