Project Manager (AI)

Location: Ukraine; 100% remote

What you will do

• Drive 2–3 active software development projects from start to finish and deliver customer value.
• Define requirements and deliverables, plan execution, monitor progress, and make adjustments.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and technical constraints for customers, including development effort estimates.
• Lead customer calls, provide project updates, and maintain project boards, timelines, user stories, developer tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate developers, QA specialists, and designers, and test systems before releases.
• Own project delivery, proactively address risks and bottlenecks, and support onboarding and mentoring of Junior PMs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing web and mobile software development projects.
• IT background and technical understanding of web and mobile application development.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process description, use cases, user stories, and visual thinking.
• Experience managing distributed teams and performing manual testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong communication and presentation skills.

• AI/ML project management experience.
