Associate Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Richfield, Ohio, USA; on-site at least two days per week, with up to three remote days. Core in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

What you will do

• Assist with developing IT project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Support delivery of projects on time, within scope, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project expectations, status updates, risks, issues, and changes to team members and stakeholders.
• Help identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and track project performance.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support agile teams as a Scrum Master through facilitation and coaching when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Generally 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to manage small projects or portions of moderately complex projects.
• Knowledge of IT project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and scope control.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, customer-focus, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master on an agile team.
