What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of ocean export freight.
- Enter shipment data accurately and on time in the operational system.
- Track and trace ocean export files and prepare reports.
- Maintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations.
- Keep customer standard operating procedures documented and up to date.
- Communicate with overseas offices and internal and external contacts, responding promptly to requests and escalating issues when required.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of ocean documentation processes is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Fluent English is required.
