What you will do
- Manage ocean inbound and drayage operations.
- Track inbound shipments daily and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Verify freight invoices and maintain accurate operational records.
- Monitor carrier performance and coordinate with drayage providers.
- Communicate with internal customers, factories, warehouses, ports, and carriers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and fulfill shipment commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of logistics experience and some experience with international suppliers and carriers.
- Experience with MS Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders with a high level of attention to detail and responsibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software.
- Electronics logistics experience.
