What you will do

• Manage end-to-end movement of global shipments including LCL, FCL, and air freight.
• Coordinate logistics operations with internal and external partners such as carriers, trucking, and customs.
• Own the client experience by solving issues and ensuring smooth operations at origin and destination.
• Quote and invoice client shipments with responsibility for P&L.
• Ensure work satisfies internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery.
• Participate in client operational calls and presentation preparation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to adapt to new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Compliance-first attitude for operating in a regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
