What you will do

• Ensure high-quality, on-time movement of global shipments and handle exceptions.
• Coordinate logistics operations with internal and external partners including carriers, customs, and warehousing.
• Own the client experience by solving issues and ensuring smooth operations at origin and destination.
• Execute end-to-end freight movements including ocean and air imports/exports.
• Manage quoting and invoicing for client shipments with P&L responsibility.
• Prepare for QBR/MBR presentations and lead client operational calls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations.
• Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• A compliance-first attitude toward industry regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Specific experience with ocean freight operations.
