What you will do

• Execute the movement of ocean and air freight shipments from booking at origin to final delivery.
• Coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners to facilitate the progress of shipments in transit.
• Maintain high data quality by validating bookings, tracking statuses, and verifying shipment schedules.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet internal KPIs and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure the highest quality of shipment movement.
• Use performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience (new graduates are welcome).
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States (Onsite).
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
