Associate Director, HR- Procurement & Quality

Location: Hybrid position local to Chicago, IL, with 3 days per week onsite at Aon Center

New hire base salary: $164,200–$205,200 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR leadership to the North American Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer, the VP of North American Quality, and their leadership teams.
• Shape and lead strategies for people development, talent pipelines, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Own talent and performance management, organizational design, staffing assessments, and internal talent movement and development.
• Partner with leaders on training, mentoring, rotations, career experiences, performance management, and employee relations.
• Use HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and provide budgeting oversight for people-related ZBB packages.
• Lead and develop a team of senior HR managers and HR professionals within the North American Supply Chain and Procurement HR leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of dynamic human resources experience, including 5+ years in an HR business partnership role supporting executive leaders.
• Experience leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, HR best practices, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term strategies into short-term action plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, influencing, analytical, and business skills.
