Senior Director, HRBP

Location: Onsite in Deer Park, Illinois, United States; up to 25% travel required

Annual salary: $230,000–$250,000, plus bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into workforce, leadership, and organizational plans.
• Advise senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.
• Shape organizational structures and workforce strategies to improve productivity, agility, and talent investment.
• Identify and address critical talent, leadership, and skills risks.
• Lead large-scale change and transformation initiatives while protecting business continuity.
• Guide complex people-related decisions and align organizational capability with long-term business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting complex global organizations.
• Experience advising senior leaders and translating business strategy into workforce, organizational, and talent priorities.
• Expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession strategy, and organizational design.
• Experience leading transformation, restructuring, integration, or operating model initiatives in global and matrixed environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen, data fluency, and experience with analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
