What you will do

• Partner strategically with commercial sales leaders and align HR initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, leave programs, workers compensation, safety, turnover, and exit interviews.
• Support organizational design, workforce forecasting, talent selection, onboarding, development planning, and workplace training.
• Use engagement data and HR metrics to improve employee experience, retention, and leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain HR data integrity, improve HR workflows, and identify opportunities to automate manual administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant human resources business partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle complex employee situations using ethical judgment and applicable policies, regulations, and laws.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to promote inclusion, support workforce diversity, and work across teams.
• Ability to travel to company meetings and events.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
