Salary: USD 141,500–268,500 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic HR partner for assigned R&D business functions and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on leadership development, succession planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent while building capabilities for future business needs.
• Coordinate HR programs and service delivery with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers.
• Drive manager development, employee engagement, performance, diversity and inclusion, and organizational change initiatives.
• Lead strategically important projects and large-scale initiatives with multi-year transformational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting the business, with strong business acumen.
• Experience in organizational development, organization design, effectiveness, project management, or business operations.
• Experience supporting a global business and partnering with internationally based leaders and HR colleagues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, prioritization, communication, and senior-management presentation skills.
