Multimedia Producer and Editor

Location: New York, USA; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the hirify.global New York office. Flexibility in working hours may be required, and domestic and international travel is expected.

Salary: $90,750–$133,100 per year, with other compensation potentially available depending on the position.

What you will do

• Produce, shoot, edit, and deliver visual content for digital, social, web, broadcast, internal communications, marketing, and corporate channels.
• Identify narratives from raw footage and turn complex topics into compelling visual stories aligned with audience and business objectives.
• Create motion graphics including typography animation, logo animation, lower thirds, title packages, corporate presentation graphics, kinetic typography, and shape-layer animation.
• Organize media, manage projects and proxy workflows, and export content for multiple platforms and formats.
• Prepare and integrate layered Illustrator and Photoshop assets using vector workflows, compositing, and masking.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, executive, legal, compliance, and other stakeholder groups while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in an agency, in-house brand studio, corporate communications team, production company, or media organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with required knowledge of After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, motion design, composition, typography, color theory, layout, and graphic design.
• Experience working with established brand guidelines, corporate standards, stakeholder approvals, and legal and compliance review processes.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently under changing priorities.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least 3 days per week, travel domestically and internationally, and maintain flexibility in working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Audition, Frame.io, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot, and AI tools.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Substance 3D, Redshift, or Octane Render.
