Senior Executive Engagement Multimedia & Communications Lead

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $83,000–$127,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video production, including planning, filming, editing, post-production, and distribution.
• Capture executive interviews, town halls, site visits, customer engagements, employee stories, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
• Produce short- and long-form content for internal communications, social media, websites, events, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences, sound design, visual enhancements, and high-quality b-roll.
• Build and maintain a centralized video and photography asset library with structured metadata, cataloging, and archiving.
• Manage multimedia workstreams, production schedules, budgets, project timelines, vendors, and content performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional videography, video production, or multimedia storytelling experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating corporate, executive, event, and documentary-style content.
• Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related creative tools.
• Expertise with professional cameras, lighting, audio, production equipment, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
