DC Supervisor

Location: Levittown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the warehouse

What you will do

• Direct daily outbound shipping workflows, including order verification, staging, packaging, and carrier dispatch.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate shipping associates and material handlers.
• Track productivity metrics and lead daily shift huddles.
• Enforce safety and regulatory standards, investigate incidents, conduct dock audits, and lead monthly safety training.
• Use SAP and warehouse management systems to audit orders, track inventory accuracy, resolve exceptions, and record shipping data.
• Coordinate carrier pickups, monitor delivery performance, oversee hazardous-material shipping compliance, and maintain powered-equipment and dock records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of progressive distribution center or warehouse leadership experience focused on high-volume outbound shipping.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/WMS systems, Google Workspace, and parcel carrier platforms.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50–60 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to work onsite in Levittown, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.
• DOT/hazmat shipping certification.
