What you will do
- Lead warehouse safety audits, eliminate potential risks, and ensure employees follow safety rules and use required PPE.
- Manage daily receiving, material feeding and kitting, pallet packing, shipping, returns, and iory-counting operations.
- Maintain accurate ERP iory data and ensure system bin locations match physical storage locations.
- Implement warehouse rules, operating standards, 5S activities, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle nonconforming materials, obsolete or slow-moving iory, and ECN-related materials according to established procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational abnormalities and prevent incorrect shipments, customer complaints, and production stoppages.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of end-to-end warehouse management experience, including 3–5 years leading a team of 10 or more people.
- Extensive ERP and warehouse-system experience, with strong iory and location-management skills.
- Full-time college degree at associate level or above.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, including spoken English.
- Clear logical and analytical thinking; ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Ability to develop warehouse employees into multi-skilled operators.
Nice to have
- Valid forklift license.
- Experience organizing mid-year or year-end company-wide iory counts.
