Materials Coordinator

Location: Leetsdale, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area), United States. Plant-based, safety-sensitive role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; an on-call rotation is required once fully independent.

What you will do

• Pick and accurately prepare parts and materials for shipment.
• Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders in SAP.
• Monitor the shared inbox and respond to urgent and priority requests.
• Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments.
• Receive, label, stock, and manage materials accurately.
• Support Shipping and Receiving operations while safely operating material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of material-handling or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a dependable, detail-oriented, team-focused approach.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
