Inventory Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Lewisville, Texas, United States; primarily onsite in a production and warehouse setting

What you will do

• Supervise the daily activities of inventory control staff, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Implement inventory management strategies supporting safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, and profitability objectives.
• Manage work-in-process, finished goods, aged inventories, and financial reconciliation to maintain inventory integrity.
• Direct job packet reviews, cycle counts, audits, damaged material management, and waste tracking and disposal.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory management processes and information flow.
• Prepare and review required business reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain inventory control, material movement, and plant operations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and transactions for raw materials or product components.
• Stand-up forklift experience is required.
• SAP or WMS experience is preferred.
