What you will do

• Supervise, coach, onboard, develop, and support permanent and contingent warehouse staff.
• Manage staffing levels, certifications, cross-training, workload allocation, and operational coverage.
• Execute warehouse procedures, operational standards, safety requirements, compliance controls, and KPI expectations.
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and professional facility, including operational equipment and maintenance contracts.
• Manage inventory, overages, shortages, damages, process exceptions, and customer exceptions.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost; contribute to budgets, business plans, audits, and customer transitions.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge and global logistics industry experience.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, teamwork, and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, listening, customer focus, problem-solving, meeting management, initiative, and autonomous working skills.
• Process improvement and time-management skills.
• English language proficiency is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables and Microsoft Word is also required.
