Sales Operations Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end billing operations and maintain accurate billing data across HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, and downstream financial systems.
• Create and issue accurate usage-based invoices on agreed schedules.
• Coordinate customer procurement and accounts-payable processes, including vendor portals, purchase orders, tax documents, compliance records, and payment terms.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and customers to manage the quote-to-cash process from order through collection.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on overdue invoices, resolve disputes, and identify at-risk balances.
• Reconcile CRM, billing, accounting, and spreadsheet data while removing manual and error-prone process steps.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, or accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to move data accurately between systems.
• High attention to numerical and data accuracy with a low tolerance for errors.
• Clear, professional written communication for customer-facing billing and collections.
• Ability to own processes end to end and collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Chargebee, Stripe Billing, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or another CRM.
• Exposure to usage-based or SaaS billing and quote-to-cash operations.
• Familiarity with Ariba, Coupa, customer procurement portals, and purchase-order invoicing.
• Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive finance and operations work.
• Interest in technical, engineering, or scientific products.
