What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to track GTM performance across revenue and spend.
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including bottoms-up revenue forecasts and headcount modeling.
• Own budget vs. actual analysis and provide detailed business commentary for GTM segments.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM drivers such as pipeline coverage, rep productivity, and churn.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to maintain data integrity in reporting infrastructure like Snowflake.
• Draft memos and slides to communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders and the CFO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work at HQ.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate and simplify workflow.
