Technical Business Analyst (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Provide second-line support for internal and third-party systems in production environments.
• Develop custom reporting and solutions using the Microsoft BI stack, including SSRS.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate solution deployment.
• Interact with users and third-party vendor helpdesks to raise and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, analysis, status reports, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, manage requirements changes, and present status and issues to project managers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience supporting production applications and managing incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or specialized training in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and SQL Business Intelligence platforms, especially SSRS.
• Experience with VBA and the ability to document requirements, processes, and functional specifications using Visio.
• Ability to work under supervision, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with technical teams, vendors, users, and management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with VB.NET, SSIS, and SSAS.
• Familiarity with real estate accounting and finance software such as Yardi and Argus.
