Technical Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyse business processes and client needs to prototype, design, and specify product enhancements.
• Gather and analyse system data and client feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Write business specifications and collaborate with developers, testers, support teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Maintain product documentation, training materials, user guides, and release notes.
• Support sales through product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept demos.

Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience, including delivery or implementation consulting, solution architecture, or technical analysis.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including client-facing work.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency, with the ability to analyse complex data and draw clear conclusions.
• Excellent communication, consensus-building, organisation, and documentation skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to combine web design and data skills to create mock-ups and prototypes.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, particularly research, investment management, or fintech.
