What you will do

• Provide technical and business systems support for system modification, implementation, and conversion initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions conform to business specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business units, software and hardware developers, and vendors.
• Define Agile Scrum processes and workflows and develop process flows.
• Gather and analyze requirements for data-intensive applications and build suitable solutions.
• Develop test strategies for data-centric applications and support analysis using database queries and schemas.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of IT experience, including 5–7 years in business or systems analysis.
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master defining processes and workflows.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills for data-intensive systems.
• Ability to write database queries and navigate database schemas.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate ideas and solutions to developers, testers, management, and business partners.
