Business Analyst - Global Trade

What you will do

• Analyze international team data requests and deliver actionable insights for business decisions.
• Support modernization projects and improve processes through automation and effective data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in testing and support for system enhancements.
• Develop user resources and training materials for the Global Trade Management system.
• Translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or VBA.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment.
