What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and execute the Trade Compliance Management Program.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on import and export compliance, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Develop standard work documentation, compliance KPIs, and import/export training.
• Support HTS and ECCN classification, EEI and C-TPAT audits, ITAR documentation, certificates, and duty drawback processing.
• Review rejected freight bills, coordinate with freight forwarders, and support global supply-chain and logistics initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects while mentoring and developing Import/Export Analysts and Export Coordinators.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a trade compliance-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field preferred.
• Experience with import and export control laws, customs policies, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Ability to perform analysis, develop solutions, implement projects, integrate systems with processes, and measure results.

Nice to have

• Licensed customs broker credential.
