Inside Sales Consultant/Physician Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; hybrid schedule with attendance at the Raleigh office at least twice per week

Salary: $60,000–$250,000 annually in total target compensation, including base pay, commission, and bonuses.

hirify.global provides locum tenens physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to hospitals and healthcare facilities across all 50 states through its Weatherby Healthcare division.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing physicians.
• Contact physicians primarily by phone to understand their career goals.
• Match healthcare professionals with facilities that need their services.
• Negotiate contract terms with physicians and clients and extend offers.
• Maintain and grow the pipeline and database of potential physicians.
• Work autonomously while meeting individual KPIs and collaborating with the Raleigh-based sales team.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience selling products or services.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Strong hunter approach with the ability to create, grow, and manage a book of business.
• Comfort with cold calling and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Ability to give and receive feedback, meet individual KPIs, and work with healthy competition.
• Leadership ambitions and a strong sense of grit.
