Sr. Product Manager - Clinician Workflow (Digital Health)

Location: Remote - US; travel up to 20% may be required.

Estimated pay range: $127,000–$165,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery through clinician workflow research, customer feedback, stakeholder input, and data analysis.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing workflow needs, operational priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
• Translate product strategy into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release scope, and implementation plans.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical, operations, commercial, regulatory, and program/project management teams throughout development and launch.
• Deliver intuitive clinician-facing workflows through iterative development and support launch readiness, change management, and adoption.
• Measure and communicate product performance, adoption, operational impact, and KPI trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with software platforms, workflow applications, or digital health products.
• Experience in healthcare IT, medical devices, digital health, clinical workflows, or regulated software environments.
• Strong skills in product scope definition, requirements writing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, launch readiness, outcome measurement, and end-user research.
• Experience using analytics, business intelligence, or product data to monitor adoption and workflow performance.
• BA/BS in science, engineering, business, healthcare, or a technical field; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Tableau, Pendo, Google Analytics, or SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinician-facing software, care team workflows, reporting tools, patient monitoring platforms, or healthcare operations platforms.
• Familiarity with EHR integrations, interoperability, customer care systems, user management, or revenue cycle management workflows.
• Experience with Jama, DOORS, or MasterControl and technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, data flows, scripting, or object-oriented development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote or distributed environments; an advanced degree or MBA.
