Associate Product Manager (Healthtech)

Location: New York City; hybrid role with flexible remote or hybrid work options

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own a defined portion of a product roadmap under the guidance of a senior product manager, from problem discovery through shipped outcomes.
• Write PRDs, conduct discovery and user research, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations across marketplaces, integrations, provider tools, patient experiences, and internal AI-driven systems.
• Contribute to prioritization and roadmap discussions.
• Instrument shipped work, track outcomes, and connect launches to measurable business and product changes.
• Use AI for discovery synthesis, data analysis, PRD drafting, prototyping, competitive analysis, and evaluation of AI outputs.

Requirements

• One to four years of total professional experience in product or an adjacent discipline with meaningful product ownership.
• Strong familiarity with product management practices, frameworks, and product discovery and execution methods.
• Demonstrated AI-native product workflows beyond basic prompting, including research synthesis, analysis, drafting, prototyping, and evaluation.
• Strong analytical instincts, including experience querying raw data to solve business problems.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to turn unclear problems into clear PRDs.
• Interest in healthcare technology, medical imaging, marketplaces, or interoperability is helpful but not required.

Hiring process

• Approximately 30-minute introductory phone call with a Senior Talent Partner.
• Approximately 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager focused on product strategy.
• Assessment covering an AI-enabled PM workflow and product execution, followed by a values assessment with the CTO and CPO.
