Product Manager (Enterprise)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with four days onsite, or three days onsite if located more than one hour away.

Salary: $175,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own enterprise product problems end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and post-launch follow-through.
• Own the customer-facing product surface, including the web application, notifications, reporting, API, and permissions.
• Define the strategy for EMR integrations, deciding what to build, buy, and configure.
• Lead large enterprise implementations and improve time-to-value for healthcare customers.
• Turn manual implementation steps, spreadsheets, and scripts into scalable product capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, sales, customer success, implementation teams, providers, and administrators to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of product management experience at a high-bar B2B SaaS company, with a record of shipped products.
• Deep experience working with engineering teams and discussing APIs, integrations, data, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience owning products used by real customers, ideally enterprise products, integrations, or implementations.
• Clear and concise communication across engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
• Ability to learn healthcare compliance quickly and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Technical proficiency sufficient to prototype, query databases, or read code.

• Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations.
• Background in delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product roles.
