Senior Product Manager - Data Analytics (Healthcare)

Location: USA - Waltham, MA; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process. Travel requirements are up to 20%.

Salary: $102,600.00–$179,250.00 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy for high-growth Life Sciences, Digital Health, financial, and consulting segments.
• Lead primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and focus groups to identify market needs and data gaps.
• Manage product development activities, including backlog prioritization, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and report mockups.
• Translate research insights into product concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and innovation roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and subject matter experts to pilot and launch data and analytics products.
• Contribute to business cases, forecasting, pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of technology product management experience.
• Experience with Agile development processes and Lean Innovation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
