Senior Technology Leadership Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, associated with Dallas, TX; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Provide operational and strategic support for the Application Operations Center and Enterprise Post Production Validation teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Drive process innovation and improve application operations, monitoring, and validation activities.
• Oversee daily application support and monitoring to maintain system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Coordinate work across onshore and offshore resources and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop standard operating procedures, dashboards, KPI reports, training sessions, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of technical experience.
• Experience with technologies used in applications or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Remote work requires a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience running large-scale projects.
• Experience with technology solution assessments or strategy planning oversight.
