Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Procurement

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week at a U.S. hub location in Denver, Colorado; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Some travel and work outside normal business hours may be required.

Salary: $134,000–$170,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the global Procurement Technology strategy and roadmap.
• Own and modernize source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier lifecycle, contract lifecycle, purchasing, invoice, vendor master, risk, reporting, and spend analytics capabilities.
• Lead the design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and modernization of procurement platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Manage and develop a geographically distributed team of software engineers, platform owners, analysts, and external delivery partners.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Architecture, Security, Data Governance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and regional technology stakeholders.
• Ensure production stability, audit readiness, data quality, operational resilience, and compliance across critical procurement systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education and experience.
• At least eight years of experience with modern distributed applications and microservices.
• At least six years delivering large-scale design projects across enterprise operational functions.
• At least four years managing diverse teams and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, architecture, strategy, vendor management, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Oracle Fusion, or Sirion CLM.
• Experience implementing AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning technologies.
• Solution architecture experience or technology and platform certifications.
• Financial services industry experience.
