Director of Applications & Business Systems (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Define and maintain a three-year enterprise applications roadmap aligned with business and digital-transformation priorities.
• Lead a team of analysts, developers, and administrators responsible for mission-critical applications.
• Own the lifecycle of cloud platforms including GSuite, Zoho, NetSuite, Slack, Okta, Healthie, and Doxy.
• Drive systems integration, data quality, governance, master data management, API-based automation, and process improvements.
• Manage vendors, contracts, service levels, licensing, renewals, and the applications budget.
• Oversee provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, release processes, QA, UAT, reporting, and end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise applications or business-systems functions, including 3+ years in people management.
• Experience implementing and integrating cloud-based SaaS platforms such as GSuite, Zoho, NetSuite, Slack, and Okta.
• Deep knowledge of systems integration, data governance, modern data architectures, APIs, automation frameworks, and the software-development lifecycle.
• Experience with vendor negotiation, license optimization, third-party risk management, and large-scale change-management or digital-transformation programs.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
