Campaign Management Manager

Location: Washington, DC, United States

Annual salary: $120,000–$175,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

hirify.global is a law firm with a Marketing and Client Development team focused on strategic campaigns, scalable infrastructure, and data-backed marketing operations.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including timelines, resource dependencies, milestones, and launch windows.
• Design and optimize standardized campaign workflows across business units, creative teams, content teams, and digital execution teams.
• Coordinate copy, design, video, data, and other campaign assets to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.
• Lead UAT for customer journeys by testing logic branches, tracking links, and asset rendering across devices.
• Administer campaign management and project tracking tools such as Workfront, maintaining visibility into portfolio health.
• Identify risks and resource constraints, facilitate stand-ups and sprint reviews, report status, and lead post-launch process audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable marketing or business development experience, preferably in strategy, transformation, or growth functions.
• Proven project management experience, including the use of project management and tracking tools.
• Ability to build campaign work plans, allocate resources, track progress, and escalate risks and roadblocks.
• Ability to lead campaign meetings, provide status reports, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate multiple activities under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation at hirify.global LLP.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Supervisory experience.
• Prior legal industry or professional services experience.
• Project management certification.
