Senior Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Washington, DC, United States. Travel to project sites may be required.

Salary: $135,648–$153,282 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from planning through final closeout.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, financial tracking, risks, and overall delivery plans.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate bidding, RFPs, contractor selection, permitting, construction activities, meetings, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and payment applications.
• Monitor quality, safety, compliance, costs, and progress; resolve issues and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of construction or project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of design, construction, project management, and building systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading them from concept through completion.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, project management software, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.

• PMP, CCM, or LEED certification.
